Oscar-nominated actor and filmmaker Jonah Hill is stepping behind and in front of the camera once again with his latest project, Cut Off. The upcoming Warner Bros. comedy will feature Hill both as director and star, playing one of a pair of fraternal twins who are suddenly cut off financially by their wealthy parents.
According to early reports, the second lead role has been offered to Jennifer Lawrence, though her casting has not been officially confirmed. If finalized, this will mark a major comedic pairing between two fan-favorite actors.
Cut Off continues Hill’s evolution as a director following his critically praised Mid90s and the forthcoming Keanu Reeves-led black comedy Outcome. Known for his unique blend of humor and emotional honesty, Hill is expected to bring fresh energy to this sibling-centered storyline.
